Prime Minister Nikolai Denkov arrives in Ukraine to reiterate Bulgaria’s support two years after Russia’s aggression

Bulgaria’s support for Ukraine, two years after Kremlin’s ruthless aggression, will be voiced in Kyiv by Prime Minister Nikolai Denkov. The Prime Minister arrived in the capital of Ukraine this morning to emphasize that Bulgaria’s government stands firmly on the side of justice and will continue to defend the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine. Bulgaria is part of the efforts of the European Union, NATO and the international democratic community to support Ukraine.

 

Bulgaria supports Ukraine’s independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity within its internationally recognized borders, Acad. Denkov recalled before his departure. Bulgaria supports the Ukrainian formula of just, full and lasting peace based on the principles of the UN Charter and international law as well as all efforts for a world peace summit with the widest possible international support.

 

In Kyiv, the Prime Minister is accompanied by the Minister of Justice Atanas Slavov, the Minister of Energy Rumen Radev, the Minister of Environment and Water Julian Popov, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Tihomir Stoytchev, the Deputy Minister of Defense Stanimir Georgiev and the Chief of Defense Admiral Emil Eftimov.
